Crabby Joe's met up with the Colhoun Family Chiropractic Under-8 soccer team Thursday, Aug. 2, and took home a 5-0 win. Starting out between the goal posts for
Crabby's was Elijah Moore, returning after a rough ending as
goaltender in the previous game. The team felt the energy from that early goal and as a result of some spectacular passing, was able to score twice more in the first half. The first of those goals was a great one from Spencer Humble and the second from Bryan Nicholson, back in fine form after an injury sidelined him during the game the week before. The second half saw Nathan Desmond in net and ready to go. Crabby's continued passing the ball well and sharing the spotlight. It didn't take long for Elijah Moore to succeed in blasting the ball past the Colhoun Chiropractic netminder early in the second half. Brandon Bishop followed that up soon after with one of his own. The rest of the second half resulted in some excellent back-and-forth for both teams with the goalies doing such a good job that no more goals slipped past either of them. Crabby Joe's ended this game with a 5-0 win. Congratulations Crabby's. Thanks to Colhoun Chiropractic for a great game!
