Music Directors, John and Marjorie Tite celebrate 30 years of service

For 30 years, Marj and John Tite have provided the musical leadership at Southampton United Church.

They have seen Ministers come and go and have seen choir members do the same but, each year, the Tites have worked tirelessly  to ensure that each Sunday's service not only has a musical anthem but, also, that the 'Choir in Blue' provides musical leadership for the congregation

Special religious holiday times of the year, including Christmas and Easter, require an extra effort on behalf of both the choir and the Tites with many additional hours of practice time for both.

The Tites' official 30th anniversary was January 19th, 2010 but they celebrated with a cake and social hour after Sunday Service on January 24th.
