We hope for a speedy recovery for Mandy Rhody Zuk who broke her ankle last week.
 
Deanna and Morley Scott attended the funeral of Pete Pedersen, husband of the former Edith Stanley of London. Sympathy is extended to the Stanley family, also to Jeanette and Fred Winterburn and family on the passing of her father, Henk Duiker of Lucknow; also to the family of the late Isabel MacPherson of Lucknow who passed away in the Wingham Hospital.
 
Elijah Nahwegahbow, grandson of Joyce and John Farrell, celebrates his first birthday this week.
 
Chris and Tyson Vande Sype of Guelph visited with Fran and Jim Farrell last week.
 
Marilyn and Don Reid spent Sunday with Agnes and Bill Fulmer of Chepstow.
 
The Ripley Horticultural meeting was held on Jan. 20 at the Legion in Ripley. The next meeting will be Feb. 17 at the Legion Hall.

The Ripley Agricultural Society annual meeting was held on Jan. 25 at the Legion in Ripley. The executive will remain the same this coming year. The Theme for this year's fair will be "Cheese Please."
 
Women, remember the W.I. meeting next Wednesday, Feb. 3, at the home of Maureen Collins.
