Soon to be demolished

"It's great to see people going ahead with expansion plans, particularly, given the economic climate," said Saugeen Shores Town Councilor Thead Seaman at a recent Council meeting.

Seaman was referring to the recent application made to Council by Tom and Dave Fenton, owners of the Lake Range Auto Repair Service Centre, for approval  to expand.

The Fentons plan to demolish the existing building located on the South side of Bruce Road #25 (CAW Rd.)  and construct a new facility.

The new centre at 7,150 sq. ft. will house six automobile service bays in addition to a truck and tractor bay.

As part of the agreement with the town, the new facility will be connected to the Town's water system.
