Masons flip flapjacks for the hospital

The local Masons of Port Elgin Lodge #429, St. Lawrence Lodge #131  and the Royal Arch Chapter #130 donated one of their famous pancake breakfasts at the the recent Reindeer Romp held in Port Elgin on Sunday (Dec. 20).

They cooked up almost 200 breakfasts with net  proceeds going to the local Southampton Memorial Hospital.  The group raised $163 after expenses.m. and ends around

The group also holds a monthly breakfast on the second Saturday of each month year round that starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 9:30.
