17 Feb 2010, at 4:40 am police arrested a 43 year old Southampton male on outstanding warrants for Breach of Probation and Drive Disqualified. He was held for a bail hearing in Walkerton. 7 Feb 2010, at 9:52 am police received a complaint from municipal staff regarding the dumping of garbage near Denny’s Dam. The garbage contained paperwork inside identifying the owner of the garbage. The male was warned. 20 Feb 2010, at 12:17 am police stopped a vehicle in Southampton and the driver was requested to provide a roadside breath test. The driver a 19 year old Southampton male registered a warn. His drivers licence was suspended for three days and his vehicle was towed.

20 Feb 2010, at 2:47 am police arrested a 39 year old Southampton male for public intoxication in downtown Port Elgin. He was charged and spent the night in jail. |
