Children’s Department Port Elgin Branch Library The following programs will be held at Port Elgin Branch: Preschool Storytime: Tuesdays 10:15-11:00am Creative Endeavors Club (ages 9-14): Learn to play Guitar Wednesdays 3:45-5:00pm $30.00 Tween Book Club (ages 9-14) Monday April 12 & 26 5:00-6:00pm Clean Sweep Week in Saugeen Shores: Monday April 19: After School Clean Up School-aged children are welcome to bring
gloves and help clean up outside the library, weather
permitting. Recycled Bag Craft (ages 3-5): Friday April 23 10:00-11:00am $3.00 Book Exchange Day: April 24: Bring in gently used books and
exchange with good used books generously donated by our patrons,
and weeded from our own shelves. |
Ronald McDonald Story time (preschool-age
5): Tuesday April 20: Join Ronald in reading some great stories Turn off the Screens Week: Remember the Library is a great place to come and find a great book,
colour a picture or play a board game with friends. We also have
geo-caching kits, pedometers, and fishing poles with tackle available to
use! Forest of Reading Club Voting: April 10-22: Participants can come into the branch to vote for their
favourite picks. Remember our Wii is available to the public every Friday from
3:30-5:00. $1.00/half hour. Call 519-832-2201 to register, or for more details about any programs.
