Canada's most talked about subject!

Surely it is the weather, and if you have been following The Saugeen Times weather items for the past few years, you will have seen that the Southampton/Saugeen Shores readings have been featured.

As from the end of this month (April 2010) I shall no longer be recording for Environment Canada which I have been doing for the past five years. I have been very fortunate that I have neighbours who have taken the reading whenever I have been away.

But now the time has arrived that we must relocate (my medical reasons) and so I am trying to find someone in the Saugeen Shores Municipality -(Southampton, Port Elgin, Saugeen Township area) who will take on this most interesting subject. With very mixed feelings about putting this property on the market in a week's time, and moving nearer to the "big cities"!!!!!

We all talk about the weather, and especially gardeners , horticulturalist and farmers plus the holiday makers and not forgetting the residents!
