Students learn about early life during Museum trip |

The Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre was filled with young students from grades three and four from G.C. Huston Public School. The students learned about the ancient First Nations people and the early European pioneers who settled the region.
Volunteer Gwen Evan lets students examine artifacts in hands-on method They also had the opportunity to don special cotton gloves and handle rare archival materials and also took part in workshops, including a Medieval turn at learning how writing began and the materials that were used.
