Archives Awareness Week
Sponsored by the Bruce County Historical Society
April 5 to April 11, 2010

Free Admission – Admission to the Reading Room will be free all week.
Other regular fees apply (Photocopies, etc.).

Daily 10:00 am - Behind the Scenes – Archives Style – A guided tour through the inner sanctum of the Archives. The “Stacks” or “Archives” room is closed to the public every other time of the year. This is your chance to see where the collective memory of Bruce County is stored. There will be special items out for people to see. We will also give an overview of our “Reading Room” where researchers can come to utilize our vast resources.

Thursday, April 8th at 7:00 pm join us with members of the Bruce County Genealogical Society for a
FREE Introduction to Family History


Sunday, April 11th at 2:00 pm join us for our first performance of this year for A Day in the Life.
The characters in this program are based on real people found within the documents of the Bruce County Archives.
