Approximately 40 people attended an open house in Saugeen Shores Council Chambers on April 1 (Thursday)  in attempt to have their many questions answered.

Their concerns evolved from a proposal by Lord Elgin Estates Development [Reid's Heritage Homes] to build approximately 132 homes on the land known locally as 'Bieners' Bush'.

The afternoon Open House was followed up the same evening with a Public Meeting, a legal requirement, before the municipal Planning Advisory Commitee (PAC).
