IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING COURT DATE
(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On March 13, 2010 at 1:07 am, a South
Bruce OPP member stopped a pick up truck on Durham Street East in
Walkerton. The driver of the vehicle was found to have been drinking
alcohol. 25 year old Donald Tiffany of Durham, Ontario is charged with
Impaired Driving, Operating with Over 80 Milligrams, Driving while
Disqualified and Drive while under Suspension. He is scheduled to appear
in Provincial Court on April 26, 2010 to answer to the charges.
STUNT DRIVER CHARGED
(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On March 14, 2010 at 1:09 pm, a member of
the South Bruce OPP was travelling along County Road 1, Kincardine
Township when a speeding vehicle was observed. The speed of the oncoming
car was found to be 138 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. 22 year old
Michael Bridge of Kincardine Township is charged with Speeding and Stunt
Driving.
