BREAK-INS
(WIARTON, ON.) – Bruce Peninsula OPP reports being advised of three break-ins Wednesday. Coal Shed Willie Restaurant on William St. was entered through a rear window. A small quantity of food, soft drinks and chocolate bars were taken. Across the street at Blue Water Trailer Park in Wiarton, two trailers were found entered. The owners have been contacted to attend in order to determine if anything is missing. The third entry was reported on Whippoorwill Rd. in Northern Bruce Peninsula. A rear window was smashed to gain entry sometime between the 1st and 3rd of March. Police are still waiting to hear from the owners if anything was taken. DRIVE DISQUALIFIED (HEPWORTH, ON) - A 57-year-old Hepworth man will appear in Owen Sound Court on April 15th facing a charge of driving while disqualified. The man was found driving near Hepworth Wednesday morning. In addition to the charge, the pick-up truck being operated was seized for 45 days under the Vehicle Impound Program.
