As a result of the investigation into this fatal single motor vehicle collision the Saugeen Shores Police have charged 30 year old Lucas JOHNSTON of Southampton. 

The collision which occurred on Saturday March 6^th 2010 on Arlington Street in Port Elgin resulted in the death of passenger Stuart Clark, 30 years old from Port Elgin.  

Lucas JOHNSTON has been charged with Impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, drive motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood causing death, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.   

JOHNSTON is scheduled to appear in Walkerton Court on June 14^th 2010.
