Congratulations Tom and Lisa Scott of Kincardine on the birth of their son, Thomas Earl. Bragging rights go to Auntie Mary and Uncle Tom Scott of the village.

The 'Younger and Much Better Looking' card group met at the Convay's. Kevin 'Elmer' Kirk took home High Man and Greg Shipp took home Low Man. High Lady went to Shirley Quipp and Low Lady went to Jeff Ruetz who was sitting in for Kate Smith.

Special thank you to Bob Wilson who fixed the problem with the tree in St. Andrews Park. It will now be lit when we would like it to be.

The Agricultural Society Euchre Card party will be held on Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the Knox Presbyterian Church in the basement which is wheelchair accessible. Everyone is welcome and there will be a light lunch served.

The Tiverton Library is offering FREE COMPUTER training. If you are interested and would like to book an appointment please call 519-368-5655. The Tiverton Library will be open 9 a.m. to noon on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, and closed on Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.

The Tiverton and District Lions will be supplying Christmas hampers to those in need this season. Please assist the Lions with this project by donating non-perishable food items and Christmas gifts. Decorative Christmas boxes have been placed in Kwik Way, Daisy Mart, Bumpers and Carmell’s.
