Holiday Fun Days
Okay, kids, do you want some excitement over the holidays? Better yet, parents, do you want a break from your children for a day or two? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then join us for a “rocking good time” on Monday, Dec. 28 and/or Tuesday, Dec. 29. Each day will be filled with bowling, games, crafts and other great activities! The program runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is open to all children, ages four to 12. Children can be dropped off as early as 8 a.m. and picked up as late as 5 p.m.

Notice of Davidson Centre Pool Closure and Painting
The pool is closed for painting and maintenance, and will remain closed until Jan. 4, 2010. During this time, patrons of the Davidson Centre may notice a paint odour throughout the building. If you are sensitive to smells, you may want to avoid the Davidson Centre during this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Davidson Centre Fitness Club
RENEW YOUR FITNESS CLUB MEMBERSHIPS IN 2009! The price will be increasing in 2010 due to increased operating costs. You can buy your 2010 membership in 2009.

Latin Cardio Dance Class
This new programs is a mix of Latin dance and hula dance and is an excellent class to improve core strength and cardiovascular functioning. Work out and slim down in a fun Latin-fiesta environment! Everyone is welcome. The class will take place in the Kincardine Hall and run for 10 weeks. Class times will be Tuesdays from 5:45-6:45 p.m. Jan. 5 to March 9 OR Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 p.m., Jan. 6 to March 10.

Kincardine Indoor Soccer
Hey there footballers, soccer classes will be starting Jan. 8 at Huron Heights Public School for all children in Grades 3-8. Pick-up soccer is open to high school students Monday nights at St. Anthony’s School and for adults on Thursday nights also at St. Anthony’s School. Pilates
Come and learn a safe effective way to strengthen your core, create a lean strong body and enhance your stamina and confidence. The program will run on Monday nights from 6-7 p.m., in the West Room of the Davidson Centre addition, starting Jan. 4, 2010. Please register with instructor Valerie Rowe at 519-396-2256.

Yoga for Beginners
In the beginner class you will learn safe and user-friendly fitness-oriented postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Basic yoga postures will emphasize deep breathing and mindful awareness of movement. Classes will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:15 p.m., Jan. 12 to Feb. 25 in the West Room of the Davidson Centre Addition.

Seniors Computer Classes
Seniors, learn to use your computer at beginner classes starting in January at the Davidson Centre. There are four people per class and four classes per session of 1˝ hours each. Classes are free, funded by a New Horizons grant and sponsored by KASAAC. For more information and to register, call 519-396-2366 or 519-396-2576.

The National Farmers Union Bruce Local will be sponsoring Kincardine public skating on Sunday, Dec. 20, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
